Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering and at checkout.

Orders & payment

Payments are made manually through bKash, Nagad or Rocket. After sending payment, you submit your Transaction ID at checkout. Our team verifies each payment before your download is unlocked. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

Licensing

• Each purchase grants you a licence to use the script according to the licence type you select (Regular or Extended) on the product page.
• Unless stated otherwise, a Regular licence covers a single end product that is not sold to end users.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the source code as-is.

Intellectual property

All scripts, content and branding on this site remain the property of Nirbhik Software or the original authors. Buying a script grants a licence to use it — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirbhik Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
